HAIRSTYLING SERVICES

Reservations must be made 15 days in advance or scheduled.

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation and reserve the date and time. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the event.

The client must provide an adequate space for the service, with sufficient lighting and ventilation, as well as a table and chairs (if you want us to provide a table and chairs, you must inform us).

For outdoor events, a covered area or one protected from the sun, rain and strong winds is requested.

We do not perform designs on people with open wounds, skin infections, visible allergies, or contagious diseases.

The area to be applied must be clean and free of excessive sweat. If necessary, request a cloth to clean the area.

Although we use hypoallergenic paints certified for sensitive skin, we are not responsible for unforeseen allergic reactions. It is the client's responsibility to inform them of any allergies prior to the start of the service.

It is important to inform the number of participants in advance (minimum service for 10 attendees).

An average time per person will be assigned between 3 and 10 minutes, depending on the design.

If the client cancels with 8 or fewer days' notice, the initial deposit will not be refunded.

Supervise children and ensure they remain calm during the painting process.

Once the design is completed, we are not responsible for damage caused by rubbing, sweat, or contact with water.

We do not create designs that include offensive, discriminatory, or messages contrary to our values.

The service will begin and end at the agreed-upon time. Late arrivals by the client will not extend the contracted time.
