WHAT OUR SERVICE INCLUDES:

Special designs for all ages
Quick and professional application (5 to 10 minutes per design, depending on complexity)

💰 Pricing:

  • Classic: $12.00
  • Premium: $17.00
    (If your event has an undefined number of attendees, we charge based on time and designs.)

CLIENT RECOMMENDATIONS

SERVICE RESERVATION:

  • Reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance.

INITIAL DEPOSIT:

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and secure the date and time.
  • This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

REMAINING PAYMENT:

  • The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the event.

WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

  • The client must provide an adequate space for the service, with sufficient lighting and ventilation, as well as a table and chairs. (If you would like us to provide tables and chairs, please let us know in advance.)

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

  • For outdoor events, a covered or protected area is required to shield from sun, rain, or strong winds.

SAFETY & HYGIENE

🚫 We do not apply face painting on individuals with:

  • Open wounds, skin infections, visible allergies, or contagious diseases.
  • Excessive sweat or unclean skin (if needed, we can provide a wipe to clean the area).
    ⚠️ While we use certified hypoallergenic paints for sensitive skin, we are not responsible for any unpredictable allergic reactions.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before the service begins.

NUMBER OF ATTENDEES & TIME

  • The minimum service requirement is 10 attendees.
  • Each design takes an average of 3 to 10 minutes, depending on complexity.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If the client cancels 8 days or less before the event, the initial deposit will not be refunded.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise children and ensure they remain calm during the painting process.
  • Once the design is applied, we are not responsible for any damage caused by rubbing, sweating, or contact with water.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

🚫 We do not create designs that include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate messages.
The service will start and end at the agreed time.

  • Late arrivals by the client will not extend the contracted service time.
