CLIENT RECOMMENDATIONS
SERVICE RESERVATION:
- Reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance or are subject to availability.
INITIAL DEPOSIT:
- A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation and secure the date and time.
- This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
REMAINING PAYMENT:
- The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the event.
WORKSPACE:
- The client must provide an adequate space for the service, with sufficient lighting and ventilation, as well as a table.
WEATHER CONDITIONS:
- For outdoor events, a covered or protected area is required to shield from sun, rain, or strong wind.
SAFETY
- We do not recommend the use of balloons for children under 3 years old without adult supervision, due to the risk of choking on broken pieces.
- The balloons used are made of latex material.
NUMBER OF ATTENDEES & TIME
- It is important to inform us in advance of the expected number of participants.
- A time allocation of 5 to 10 minutes per person will be assigned, depending on the complexity of the design.
- If the contracted time is not sufficient, the client may extend the service based on availability and for an additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- If the client cancels less than 8 days before the event, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of force majeure, the client may reschedule the service only once, subject to availability of date and time.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise children while they play with the chosen balloon figures.
- Once the balloons are delivered, we are not responsible for any damages caused by misuse or improper handling. As a sensitive material, balloons may also be affected by climate changes.
