Reservations must be made 15 days in advance or scheduled.
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation and reserve the date and time. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the event.
The client must provide an adequate space for the service, with sufficient lighting and ventilation, as well as a table.
For outdoor events, a covered or protected area is required to shield from sun, rain, or strong wind.
We do not recommend the use of balloons for children under 3 years old without adult supervision, due to the risk of choking on broken pieces.
The balloons used are made of latex material.
It is important to inform us in advance of the expected number of participants.
A time allocation of 5 to 10 minutes per person will be assigned, depending on the complexity of the design.
If the contracted time is not sufficient, the client may extend the service based on availability and for an additional cost.
If the client cancels less than 8 days before the event, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
In case of force majeure, the client may reschedule the service only once, subject to availability of date and time.
Supervise children while they play with the chosen balloon figures.
Once the balloons are delivered, we are not responsible for any damages caused by misuse or improper handling. As a sensitive material, balloons may also be affected by climate changes.
