Welcome to Daniela Franco Magic Balloons. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://danielafrancomagicballoons.com/) and your purchases of our products and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully.
About Us
Daniela Franco Magic Balloons specializes in custom balloon decorations, personalized gifts, balloon bouquets, helium balloons, and event entertainment services. We proudly serve Brantford, Ontario and surrounding areas.
Orders and Booking
Product purchases such as personalized gifts and balloon bouquets can be made directly through the website. Custom services like room decorations, themed parties, and large-scale installations require a quote request through our custom form. Some services require at least 3 days’ notice before the delivery or event date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the event or prior to delivery. Same-day or next-day orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 8 days before the event will not receive a refund of the deposit. In cases of force majeure, clients may reschedule their service once, subject to date and time availability. Daniela Franco Magic Balloons reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or logistical constraints.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery within Brantford, Ontario, and surrounding areas. Free delivery applies to specific postal codes in Brantford, as defined by our system at checkout.
For other areas, a delivery fee of $1.50 CAD per kilometer will be automatically calculated based on the customer’s location.
Customers also have the option to schedule a pickup by appointment.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if there is a proven mistake caused by our team and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate event details, including location and the earliest time for setup. Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or physical space limitations. Supervision is required for children using balloon decorations or entertainment services. Balloons are not recommended for children under 3 without adult supervision.
Design and Personalization
Each product and decoration is handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos on our website or social media. Custom balloon messages may vary in size depending on the length of the text. Clients must not submit any messages or content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
Liability
Daniela Franco Magic Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, weather exposure, or misuse by guests or recipients. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials but are not liable for unexpected allergic reactions.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and media on this website are the property of Daniela Franco Magic Balloons and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Privacy
